Vanguard has been in business for 20 years and so has accounts with most of the major vendors or distributors for software products. We don't generally have the cheapest prices since we don't deal in the same volume. But we do add significant value to those companies that need more than a 'drop shipment' of systems. We can customise configurations of both hardware and software, provide lower cost upgrades to disk and memory and make repairs to systems that have fallen out of warranty - all at a cost significantly lower than the bigger players. But we don't do this for everyone. It is not a service we provide to all and sundry. It is, instead, a service which complements the relationship we have with existing customers of our other services. |
